What are the benefits of temporary nursery jobs in Gloucester?

When interviewing candidates at Class Recruit, one of the most common questions is What are the benefits of temporary nursery jobs in Gloucester.

Whilst we cater for the placement of full-time nursery agency jobs in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath, Taunton, Worcester, Cirencester, Exeter and the wider South West, we also provide temporary nursery work.

There are key benefits for candidates when it comes to taking on temporary nursery jobs in Gloucester, including:

High levels of flexibility:

Temporary nursery jobs offer a high level of flexibility, whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work.

This can be a positive step for a candidate who has left a full-time role and is looking for another nursery.

With an Early Years Foundation Course in place, a candidate could join us with guaranteed hours (subject to terms and conditions) and work across different nurseries of their choice.

Work guaranteed weekly:

One of the main objections we hear regarding temporary nursing jobs in Gloucester is the lack of regular work. At Class Recruit, we work differently.

We give candidates guaranteed weekly work. This means if a candidate is available three days per week and we are unable to place them in a nursery for three days per week, they will still receive that pay weekly.

A candidate can then guarantee to gain six hours' pay per day, despite the full day of temporary nursery work not having been made available to them.

Holiday Pay & relevant training:

Class Recruit provides candidates working in temporary nursery roles in Gloucester with a basic level of holiday pay and training where relevant.

Early Years industry experience:

Students studying for Early Years qualifications can get work experience with us in a variety of different nursery settings, giving them valuable insight.

We can confirm the number of hours you've worked for us, which you can use to support an element of your course if you have to complete several placement hours within the Early Years sector - and get paid for it.
