OFSTED

Is visit time looming? Do you want to make sure you are ready? We know that this can be a stressful time, and we are here to help take some of that worry away.

To do this, we’ve developed a mock inspection to help you get ready for the real thing. Following OFSTED guidelines, the simulation includes a full mock inspection scenario, with follow-up feedback to staff and managers. This will help you to be in tip-top shape for when the real inspection arrives.

Some people might call us fussy when it comes to our candidates, we but we always go above and beyond to make sure we select the right ones.

We love to hear that our clients value the staff we place, and we love it even more when we hear that the children love them too. To make sure that we only select candidates that meet our exacting requirements, we operate rigorous quality control in all aspects of our work, to ensure all of our staff comply with the regulatory standards set by the DfE Safer Recruitment guidelines.

Our standard candidate vetting process includes the following:

  • A face-to-face professional interview with an education specialist
  • Qualification verification
  • Professional references covering a minimum of three years are obtained
  • Identity checks
  • List 99 check
  • Up-to-date and valid enhances CRB Disclosure
  • Overseas Police Clearance (where applicable)
  • Permission to work in the UK (if applicable)
  • GTC registration checked.
