Having come on board with our Clifton Early Years recruitment agency in November as a Trainee Consultant, Margot is working closely with company founder Karen to establish new Early Years recruitment services in Salisbury.
"There are lots of qualified candidates in and around Salisbury, with nursery settings keen to recruit in January," said Margot.
At the moment, Margot is busy interviewing candidates, speaking to nursery owners in Salisbury and sourcing new business in the surrounding area.
She has returned to the UK after a year travelling abroad, which included teaching English in Sri Lanka.
"I worked at Class with Karen and the team before going travelling as a Nursery Assistant for a few months, so I already know how fantastic the agency is. It's been amazing to work so closely with Karen," she added.
There are a few nursery chains operating in Salisbury that also have settings in Bristol, so Class already has a proven and established working relationship providing candidates.
It's expected that Class will be providing the full range of Early Years recruitment services in Salisbury from early 2026.
"I'm talking to so many people at the moment, and there's definitely a demand for an experienced Early Years recruitment consultancy such as Class to help candidates and settings in the area," said Margot.
