The team at Clifton Early Years recruitment agency Class Recruit have extended their reach beyond Bristol, with a new desk in Liverpool.
The firm, which has been based in Clifton since 2009, is currently speaking to Early Years candidates in Liverpool and approaching nurseries.
Maizy Ridsdale, who has been working with the team in Clifton, is heading up the new push with a focus on putting up job adverts for Liverpool roles.
"There are lots of jobs in the area but a shortage of candidates so I am currently sourcing candidates and looking to start matching up candidates with settings in Liverpool," commented Maizy.
"It is vital to find the right balance between candidates available, and nurseries looking for staff. My job is to match up the two, provide all the required compliance checks, and ensure that any Early Years qualifications are valid".
The move by Class Recruit as a Clifton Early Years recruitment agency into the Liverpool area utilises the specialist expertise in place.
Although the new Liverpool desk is only a few weeks old, there are positive signs already with several candidates interested in the area.
