Charlotte, who joined Class Recruitment as an Early Years Recruiter for North Somerset 18 months ago, has been busy launching the new Early Years recruitment services in Bridgewater for both candidates and clients.
Class Recruitment already offers Early Years recruitment services in North Somerset including Taunton, Weston-Super-Mare, Portishead and Clevedon so extending into Bridgewater was a logical progression for this year.
"Class Recruitment launched in Bridgewater six months ago, and the response has been fantastic so far. It is a completely new area for us and it's been a great challenge to tackle," said Charlotte from the Clifton HQ.
Candidates living in Bridgewater were previously commuting to nursery settings in Weston, Highbridge and Burnham-On-Sea, but the Class Recruitment team are now placing them in busy rural settings around Bridgewater.
"I love my role as an Early Years recruiter covering Bridgewater," said Charlotte.
"It's a varied job, including finding candidates from job sites, interviewing them, calling the settings, arranging interviews with candidates and matching up the best candidates for our lovely clients."
The Summer was quieter, but it will be picking up from September with Charlotte and the team preparing to place many more candidates in nursery settings in and around Bridgewater for the remainder of 2023.
