Class Recruit supports Kate Middleton's Early Years campaign

The team at Class Recruit fully support Kate Middleton's recent launch of a new Early Years campaign to highlight the importance of our children.

It's been over a month since the Princess of Wales gave a highly-publicised speech to launch Shaping Us, a new project that focuses on the critical nature of early years development for children.

"The campaign is fundamentally about shining a spotlight on the critical importance of early childhood and how it shapes the adults we become," she said.

"During this time, we lay the foundations and building blocks for life. And it is when we learn to understand ourselves, understand others, and understand the world in which we live."

"This is why is it essential not only to understand the unique importance of our earliest years but to know what we can all do to help raise future generations of happy, healthy adults."

The project hoped to influence attitudes towards children in their formative years.

As a leading recruitment agency for the Early Years sector, providing nursery workers to settings across the South West, we fully endorse the new Shaping Us campaign and will be monitoring it closely in the coming months.
