Kandi Francis (21) recently completed a University course at Bristol in Childhood Studies and wanted to gain some practical hands-on experience in settings where she's based in Gloucester.
We caught up with her to chat further about her experiences with Class Recruit.

"I worked part-time in a day nursery as a nursery assistant. I was one of the support staff while finishing my course."

"I've always wanted to work with kids since I was 17, and have really enjoyed getting to know the kids and how nurseries work on my previous roles."
