We're really pleased to announce that Charlotte, a Clifton Early Years recruiter, has celebrated two years working with Class Recruitment.
Charlotte joined the Clifton office of Class in 2022 and has been busy setting up and growing a Somerset Early Years recruitment desk from our Bristol base.
Having responded to a job advert on Indeed, Charlotte came to us having worked as an Early Years Practitioner for more than six years after finishing an Early Childhood degree course at UWE, as she commented:
"Having worked in Early Years settings across Bristol since graduating, my approach has always been very hands-on and practical. I wanted to experience office life and recruitment after so much Early Years experience."
Charlotte is responsible for finding and placing suitable Early Years candidates in settings across Somerset, including Weston, Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea, Burnham, Highbridge, Blagdon, Banwell and Taunton.
"It's a really busy area for Early Years recruiters, and demand has increased hugely since I joined Class Recruitment," added Charlotte.
Being a Level 6 Qualified Early Years Practitioner means that Charlotte is ideally placed when it comes to finding the best possible candidates for settings across the Somerset region.
"I really enjoy interacting with candidates as well as building relationships with nursery settings across Somerset. We are getting great recognition and the shortage of Early Years candidates means I can make a huge difference," concluded Charlotte.
