One of the team at Class has celebrated her first anniversary with us recently, declaring "I love working in such a brilliant Bristol Early Years recruitment agency."
Maizy Ridsdale joined us as a Recruitment Administrator last year and has completed 12 months at our Clifton office.
Having trained with key team members initially, Maizy's role was initially centred around admin in the office and assisting our Bristol Early Years recruitment consultants.
It has evolved and grown as she commented:
"I now carry out additional tasks within the role, including putting up job adverts for Early Years jobs across Bristol and Bath nursery settings, as well as emailing potential candidates, carrying out compliance checks, including permits and DBS, and setting up candidates in new roles."
Maizy also carries out Zoom interviews with new candidates and has recently taken over placement set-ups for candidates in Bristol and Bath.
"I've learnt so much in the first year and have never worked in recruitment before it has been really interesting. I've also got new training coming up this year," she added.
