Do you have experience of working in a nursery but no qualifications? This role can help you gain your Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare!

We are working with a wonderful nursery in Clifton who are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Nursery Assistant to undertake an Early Years apprenticeship with them. This in house training would be fully funded by the nursery.

You will be joining an experienced team of professional who strive to provide the best childcare for the children in their care. The Nursery is in a spacious Victorian house which has beautiful outdoor space and provides fresh home cooked meals daily for the children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean nursery space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a nursery, early years or childcare setting
• Strong communication skills to engage with children and parents
• Proficient in English, with additional skills in driving considered an asset
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
