How did you hear of Class Recruit?
"I heard of Class Recruit through a friend who worked with the agency last year. She gave me their number and I got in touch."
What was your Early Years sector experience beforehand?
"I previously worked in a nursery for five years, gaining my Level 3 qualifications. I then moved on to private Nanny roles regionally."
How did the Class Recruit team work with you?
"I called the team, and they asked me various questions such as my experience childcare, my industry qualifications if I was DBS checked, any first aid training I had, what my availability was and when I could start."
When did you start working through Class Recruit?
"I started working with Class Recruitment in September 2021. My role was to work at different nurseries in Bristol. This included looking after children, offering help with various tasks such as engaging with the children and general tidying."
