We're really pleased to announce that Class has promoted Charlotte, our North Somerset Early Years recruitment expert, to the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Having studied Early Childhood at UWE and then worked as an Early Years practitioner for six years, Charlotte has brought with her an amazing level of industry experience since 2022.
Charlotte joined Class Recruitment over three years ago, and since then has developed her own busy North Somerset desk, providing Early Years candidates and building amazing relationships with nursery settings across Taunton, Bridgwater, Weston, Portishead and Clevedon.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Charlotte now has more say in decision-making processes, as well as dealing with more clients and focusing on targets for the North Somerset area, which she has developed brilliantly.
She also provides cover for other areas in which Class Recruitment operates during busy times, such as Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham.
"It is a really dynamic environment, and our small team provides a fantastic service to both candidates and nursery settings," said Charlotte.
