"Class Recruit has provided us with the best Early Years staff in Bristol for over 16 years."

Class Recruit is really pleased and proud to have received a testimonial from a long-standing nursery setting client this week, who declared that we have delivered them with "the best Early Years staff in Bristol for over 16 years."

Jenna Carroll, Nursery Manager at Muddy Boots in Trinity College Bristol has been sourcing Early Years candidates from our recruitment team throughout her 16-year career at the popular nursery setting.

We caught up with her earlier this week to find out more about her experiences with us.

How did you come across Class Recruitment?

"I've known Karen for a long time, since before she set up the Early Years recruitment agency in Bristol. Karen, Lucy and the team have all been so supportive over the years."

What is your role at Muddy Boots Nursery?

"I was on the floor working for 10 years and have been a manager for the last six years. Having moved rapidly into the management role, Karen and Lucy were incredibly helpful in getting to know the business inside and out."

Why do you keep working with Class Recruitment?

"They always provide the right staff, many of whom have gone on to become full-time employees at the nursery because they are so good at their jobs. They are always provided with all checks and DBS in place, with a consistent quality of superb Nursery Assistants."

How many Early Years staff from Class Recruitment work with you now?

"At the moment, it's one just one regular practitioner, but three months ago most of the nursery staff came from Class. We often take on candidates full-time, as they are of such a high quality."

Has Class Recruitment helped out during a difficult time?

"Karen arranged for maternity cover for me four years ago, and the staff member she sourced was fantastic. It has always worked out well, and the team are easy to get hold of through a quick call or on WhatsApp."

What do you like most about working with Class Recruitment?

"There's no formality, just a great working relationship. They are part of our team and know our needs and requirements. No other Early Years recruitment agency has come close in terms of what Class delivers."
