The team are growing at Class Recruit, and the latest staff member to join us has announced that the "Early Years recruitment training in Bristol has been amazing."

Paige Lippiatt (25) joined the Clifton-based early years recruitment team at Class Recruit less than two months ago, but it already enjoying her experience with the South West team, as we found out last week.

How did you hear of Class Recruit?

"My friend Charlotte joined the Bristol office earlier this year, and told me about how fantastic the team are."

What is your experience of the Early Years sector?

"I've worked in various Bristol nurseries as a Room Head for the last eight years, so I know the sector really well and understand what candidates and clients are looking for when it comes to Early Years recruitment."

What is your role within Class Recruit?

"I'm starting out as a Trainee Early Years Consultant, getting brilliant help from the whole team in the Bristol office as I start my career."

Have you thought of Early Years recruitment before?

"Absolutely. I was considering the recruitment sector but was unsure how to get a starting position. I've been given such wonderful feedback at Class Recruit already, and I'm looking forward to working on my own area."

What are you currently doing at Class Recruit?

"Learning all the basics, as well as helping with the recruitment of nursery staff in different nurseries. Class Recruit provide cover, as well as recruiting for permanent roles, so it's always busy."

Will you be focused on a particular part of the South West?

"Yes, my main area will be Gloucester and Cheltenham once I've finished and hopefully passed my three-month probationary period."

Have you felt supported at Class Recruit?

"Completely. I came to Class Recruit with zero knowledge of Early Years recruitment, although my background has helped."

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

"There's been great support at Class Recruit, and the Early Years sector recruitment training from the Bristol team has been amazing."
